Hair cut by Franco. Really friendly and welcoming. Place felt clean and well organised in regards to CV19 cleanliness. Perfect amount of chat - personable but was able to relax and enjoy the haircut. Made sure to understand what I wanted and delivered. Really happy with my haircut and the experience and will go again!

I’ve been twice to Gold Hair now - the first time was with Franco and that blow dry was absolutely amazing and looked great, I could tell I was in the hands of an expert. It lasted all day and looked very stylish. However I was charged £45 instead of the £25 indicated on Treatwell, hence the 3 stars, I believe prices should be clear so not to get nasty surprises after.
Unfortunately the second time it was with someone else and didn’t sit or last nearly as well.

This was my first haircut post lockdown and I was nervous! But the team were so friendly and reassuring, and paid huge attention to what I wanted and also to anti-infection measures. My first visit and I’ll definitely be back. One word of advice-the salon has now rebranded and changed its name to 101 beauty (I think!). If you look for Gold Beauty you’ll miss it!
