I booked a balayage and haircut treatment and my overall experience at this salon was pleasant. My haircut and colour of my balayage was great however once I got home and had a play with my hair, I realised I wasn’t happy with the application. There are some patches where it hasn’t lifted evenly and some areas are not blended so it just looks like a badly done streaky highlight rather than a seamless blend. Franco has offered to fix after lockdown but i am hesitant to put more bleach on my hair
