I have been getting regular perms for years and after my old stylist moved i decided to try these guys. The stylist was friendly and set the rollers ok, but took them out before she added fixer so half the curls came out and my hair was left fuzzy and worse off than when I arrived. My hair is dry and damaged after the perm in a way that it never had been before. She had clearly overrun, but she tried to blow dry my hair without a diffuser blowing out more curls and frizzing the rest. I cried.
