The haircut was ok.
Issues
I was given a plastic cloak that had cut pieces of clumped hair on it which was revolting and unsanitary.
I confirmed via two calls they could help me donate my hair. They refused to cut the donation before washing (as suggested), then refused to dry my hair before cutting it, and didn't tie the hair before cutting it. I was ignored when I corrected them and given wet improperly prepared hair. A kid with cancer won't get a wig because of this salon. Pick elsewhere...
