Farah was very sweet and confident with what she was saying which made it easy and comfortable to trust her.
I’m very happy with the cut she did and the colour we settled on. However, I do feel there are some parts of the balayage were not done well where you can see it’s a bit rough. That is the one my reason why my rating is not a 5 star. Aside from that I’m happy with the result.

It was long since the last time I got my hair cut, so I really needed. I book my appointment with Franco and he exceeded my expectations and beyond. He also styled my hair with lovely waves.
