Appallingly bad, unhygienic and deeply unsafe. She used a needle and there was substantial blood flow afterwards. I had to hold kitchen roll to my own ear as it bled and it kept bleeding heavily hours afterwards. Risk of infection. I was not asked to hand sanitise and was concerned about the cleanliness. The piercing itself occurs in a windowless basement. Dreadful.
