Washed hair before consultation to talk through what I wanted which I had expected. I cut off a lot of my long hair but Farah did a good job cutting in layers. Blow dry was good but curls did not stay.

I've been back several times for (very) short ladies hair cut by Franco. He's friendly, welcoming and I've always been pleased with my cut, I leave feeling confident and happy :)
