The worst haircut I’ve ever had. The communication with the hairdresser was terrible, I showed a picture of what I wanted and I got it completely wrong. I wasn’t asked about how I wanted to be styled or the side of my hairline… I definitely won’t repeat

The hair cut was all good but the hairdresser uses the same brush to clear cut hair for all customers, which wasn’t a good thing to do in the current situation. Also appreciate if the hairdresser can recommend other hair styles.

Fabulous- just so so happy with my blow dry. Franco put in a huge amount of effort and blow dried my hair beautifully despite me having very thick hair. SO happy, gone to NYE feeling like Kate Middleton. Thank you!
