Not very welcoming at all. The lady who washed my hair had no regard for her customer. Washed from the side and not very well. Didn't ask if I was okay with temperature or pressure. I had shampoo and water all over my face and eyes and then onto my suede jacket. Left me to sit back into a waiting chair. My eyes and ears were very irritated just by the sheer carelessness. General atmosphere was very strange and again unwelcoming.

After 2 years of mostly being isolated due to the pandemic, my hair needed some love and attention. Franco went through the colour chart with me, and he did a full head of highlights and a cut. I loved the way the colour turned out. So natural! Thank you, Franco!

Rachel made me feel very comfortable. I was so scary and so nervous that I was shaking. She explained everything and made me feel calm. She also allowed my friend to go in with me - really appreciated that. Even that I went to have something that it was going to be painful she was great.
