Lara was lovely, efficient and knowledgable. The salon was gorgeous and I had a comfortable experience: However I paid extra on the day for toner which I don’t normally, and it turned my hair a bit pink which got more obvious over the next couple of days (it was fine when I left). This was really embarrassing as everyone was pointing it out and I have to get it sorted elsewhere. I would appreciate some kind of refund
