I wanted layers in my hair but what I ended up with was choppy hair. I honestly hate my new haircut and will never be returning to this place. Just waiting for my hair to grow out so that I can get it fixed.

My appointment to get my ears pierced was super efficient with the piercing itself being done within minutes with minimal faff. Rachel gave me all the information I needed to look after the piercings and was generally very professional and lovely. Great experience all around, highly recommend.
