I'm not very happy with recent hair cut. Despite giving clear instructions on the l
layers, I left with an ordinary trim instead of the layered cut I had asked for. The hairdresser did not care to confirm whether I was satisfied with the length or style while doing my hair, and I found myself having to check and repeat what I wanted. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

I was happy with my coloring; they used a product that did not damage my hair. My blowdry was also just as I liked it.
The treatment started on time, even earlier since I arrived earlier. They did not push additional services like haircut or full color, which I appreciate.
