It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Nadia knows her stuff and has the rare ability to be super friendly and engaging while also being sincere and professional. This was my first time at the salon as I was visiting from USA and had no-one in London for a blow dry. Nadia didn’t know my hair but styled it like she’d been doing it for years. It looked great and the products she used held it perfectly despite crazy hot temps in London. Wholehearted recommendations!

The massage itself was lovely however I didn't find the environment as relaxing as I'd prefer. (No dimmed lights or relaxing music). Great value though. So if you're okay with the lack of dimmed lights this is worth a shot.
