Didn’t feel listened to at all, specifically asked to keep my ends long however was given quite short layers which really upset me - I did try and stop the stylist halfway through to stop cutting and again just feel like she didn’t understand and continued cutting it shorter. In addition to this, even though it was an accident, the stylist burnt my eyebrow with the edge of the hairdryer which left my face red and stinging - didn’t get much of a reaction from her despite me saying it was painful
