Staff were lovely and after my consultation I was feeling positive about my appointment. Sadly I don't feel as though my brief was achieved and ended up with a completely different look to that which I had in mind. Especially for the cost of the services, I left feeling pretty disappointed with the outcome. I went back to Zeze to have my hair cut a week later, as the extensions looked extremely unnatural. As for the colour, I'm not happy but just making do because I've paid too much already.
