I had a 30 minute deep tissue massage. It was lovely the therapist did wonders on my back i felt the tension melt away. The only downfall was the room as it was too hot but i would return to this salon. It's small and intimate.

Very dirty shabby centre. The beauty room is messy and dirty with shoes scattered everywhere. The masseuse was lovely, really nice lady, but it was not a deep tissue massage. A sport centre should have people more trained for sport injuries
