I turned up to the appointment for 10am as scheduled. The door stated they did not open till 11. I knocked on the door and the owner opened the door, she said that it must have been a booking error and there was nothing she could do.
This is the second time this has happened to me (where I arrive to no appointment) - the first time I booked direct. I will not be returning.

My massage was really focussed on helping sore, tricky spots in my back and whilst relaxing, it also felt like it was actually solving some of my back pain. She was consultative without talking to me for the whole hour. I will definitely return.
