Overall an amazing experience. First time I think I will be able to stick to a diet. She really listened to my needs aswell instead of giving me a general 'hard to follow' diet. Really recommend the available services!!

I really recommend the services offered by One Dietetics! Thanks to Anna's meal plan I finally see the effects of my dieting. I lost 8 kg and counting. The diet is also actually really flexible and easy to follow.

I've booked the appointment with Anna because I wanted to cut animal products and was not sure how to do it in a healthy way. I was a bit overwhelmed with the clashing info form the Internet. Anna has helped me a lot with that! She gave me personalized advice that seems easy to follow. We consulted my nutrition and now I know what are the weak points of my diet. Highly recommended!

Anna is an amazing therapist, I had a fantastic experience at One Dietetics and worked with Anna. We worked together to get a good diet plan as I was recently diagnosed with Celiac. Anna did an amazing job educating me about the benefits of a specialist diet and a calmer lifestyle. I have since introduced two of my friends to the clinic and they are working with Anna with dramatic results in health improvement and wellbeing. I do not hesitaste to reccomend One Dietetics.
