The appointment never happened as there was an issue with me booking on Treatwell and it not going through, so I turned up and no one was there. I have been waiting for a refund but not heard anything back from Treatwell and no one is able to help me. Please could you help me escalate this? The review is based on the booking issue between the salon and Treatwell, not the treatment as I never had this so I can delete this once I get a refund sorted
