Mihaela was absolutely lovely! The place was really nice, easy to find and had parking available. She provided slippers and water and made me feel really comfortable. She used the best waxing products, I highly recommend lycon wax for a much smoother and less painful experience. I will certainly revisit Mihaela for further treatments. She was knowledgeable and professional but also very welcoming and friendly.
