Mihaela was really knowledgeable and she makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the wax. First She explains the wax she is gonna use and takes you through the steps so that you know what is gonna happen next. Even after the wax she explains all the after care steps really well. I was bit late for my appointment but she was very understanding as well. The place was really clean too. I would definitely recommend her and will definitely go back again.
