It wasn’t what I wanted, I was expecting a more classic pedi with callus removal and polish - but I was informed the venue only did shellac and that I didn’t book for callus removal (there wasn’t even an option?!) A bit misleading on the booking description, but the beautician was lovely and polite although I was a bit annoyed that she didn’t tell me about the shellac, no callus removal until halfway through the pedi and didn’t offer to stop. Ended up paying for something I didn’t really want.
