Great experience! Jade was friendly, provided me with a cup of tea, and did a fantastic job with my blow out, giving me loads of tips and suggestions for how to manage my curly hair. She even wrote me a list of recommended products to take away with me. I saw a sign in the salon saying they have 'curly bar evenings' - and everyone I saw working there had curly or straightened curly hair, so I had confidence they knew how to straighten my curls. Thanks!

I was after a nice quality haircut and Marie did just great, she was very friendly and polite. Understood what I needed and how I wanted it. The venue isn't exactly what one would usually see in West Hampstead, as it's quite small and isn't as glossy but in the end is how they staff meet your expectations that really matters to me. I'll be coming back.
