Gosia met me in reception to take me to the treatment room. She was friendly & calm. I have anxiety issues, I felt at ease with her. The treatment room was big so I didn't feel clostrophobic, room temperature was nice a & cool during this heatwave. I suffer with tremors & balance so having a lift was good for me. The treatment bed was comfortable. Gosia took me through every step of the treatment. I felt great after seeing her. I will definitely be back & have recommended to friends & family
