My therapist took time to explain likely causes of my tightness and what to do next. The session itself was thorough and only uncomfortable a few times and with warnning. I left feeling much looser and pain free.

Definitely did the job and my masseuse was very communicative which I appreciated! Similar to some other comments, Omnia doesn’t really have a relaxing spa atmosphere - more clinical (I suppose because they offer other services like physio), but it felt nice and clean which is the main thing.
