I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend's birthday.
The therapists were very friendly and welcoming and the massages we received were really good.
However, the room has changed drastically since the photos on Treatwell were taken - it is much darker, more cluttered, the towels are different and mismatched. The walls are darker in colour and the carpet is really dirty. It really feels like you're simply in someone's living room. As it was meant to be a birthday treat, I feel really misled.
