Kristian was very friendly and attentive. I had a chair massage for back, neck and shoulders and feel so much better. I thought the shot of fresh beetroot juiceat the end was a very nice touch. Thank you!

I felt incredible after my massage today, and the tension and aches I’ve had in my shoulder and neck for weeks have disappeared. The environment is cosy and calming, every detail is thoughtful such as the heated table, eye mask to keep out the light when lying on your back and the massage itself which is expertly done. Zsanett made me feel super relaxed. I definitely recommend Omega Holistic Team and I’ll be going back for sure.

I had been fighting a headache for 4 days, made the appointment that morning and went in for a 45 minute massage. Spoke with Kristian about my headache, he asked a few questions about my day to day activities (work, hobbies, sports) and then worked on my head neck and back. The massage was intense, and when finished my headache was gone (and has stayed gone, its now 3 days later). After the session he gave me some basic exercises to do.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.
