Nice enough room and music however I found that I was being asked personal questions around diet and fitness exercise levels which for a bigger girl with body image issues I found to be quite triggering and not relaxing. Would have been better if no talking.

Such a lovely and calming atmosphere with Omega. I had a couples massage with a friend and it was just fantastic. Zsanett did the perfect job. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Brighton!
