I Recently dislocated shoulder and had some soreness in my neck and back so o decided to treat myself to a massage with kristian,the massage was thorough and left me feeling relaxed!
I had no soreness after and kristian used the perfect amount of pressure to really loosen up my back muscles and relived the tension I’m my neck.
I would highly recommend if you have any soreness and want to feel relaxed and refreshed!
