My therapist was good, he made sure to let me know I could change the pressure at any point. The massage was good but it’s worth noting this is in a basement room in the old Victorian buildings so it smelt a bit earthy and was quite dark as you entered. The place could do with a bit of a freshen up perhaps.

I went to Kristian with a really uncomfortable and stiff neck and shoulders. Since the massage I can't feel any knots and the discomfort is completely gone - I feel like I have a brand new back! thank you so much, I can't believe the difference!
