Despite being really lovely my stylist was not qualified to cut hair. I went in for a trim of my length and my layers and for my long curtain bangs to be trimmed and ended up leaving in a state. A lovely hairdresser in a shop nearby ended up fixing my hair for free after they saw what had been done to me. I didn’t want to say anything at the time as my fringe kept getting shorter every time she tried to fix it. I’ve ended up losing a lot of my length of my hair and my fringe and am devastated
