I had the luxury facial, and wow, I wasn't disappointed - exfoliate, steam, moisturise, facial massage (with rollers as well, inclusing pressure points), mask, under eye mask, followed by a gorgeous hand, arm, shoukdersl and neck massage . Very relaxing and Karen was fantastic, so much so, I've booked in again.
