The staff were lovely from the moment we got there. The treatments were exactly what we needed - intense during the treatment but left us feeling very relaxed afterwards. The staff also ensured we knew how to best help our recovery too.

A very firm massage. The walls are very thin which can take you out of the experience somewhat but the massage was excellent

I had the most amazing massage here! The massage room was so relaxing with lovely music and candles and it smelled gorgeous. The lady who did my massage was incredible, I had been having bad shoulder pain and I didn’t mention it to her before the appointment but she noticed the issue right away without me telling her and really took her time to work out the knot. Really impressed, would strongly recommend and will be coming back again soon!
