Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my Thai & Hot Stone Massage. My appointment started 15 minutes late, the therapist didn't introduce himself or properly discuss my problem areas, and the pressure was far too aggressive despite me asking for it to be reduced. The massage felt painful rather than therapeutic, and the hot stones were only used briefly. I left feeling very sore, with my neck worse the next day. At £63, I didn't feel I received value for money.
