Massage in terms of quality was fine. However, I was not expecting the masseuse to be a male masseuse. We should have the option to pick or be asked before the appointment starts. I felt like I was put in the spot. During the message the masseuse was complimenting me, I felt uncomfortable because I was in a vulnerable position for a whole hour. It was unprofessional. It should be well known by the staff that people can feel vulnerable on a massage table and nothing should be added to that.

I came here because of all the good reviews but sadly can't say I had a good experience. My therapist was a young, very sweet man, but he was simply not experienced enough to be charging £60 for a massage -- at some points when putting the oil on it felt like someone slapping sun cream on your back. Had to ask him to warm up his hands and turn the music up bc it was so quiet I could hear him breathing in my ear the whole time. Just didn't feel smooth or relaxing unfortunately.
