And hour and thirty mins well spent. I'd done a kit of running recently, including 5k the morning of my massage so discussed it with the masseuse.
They focused on my legs, but also did plenty of shoulders and head too. She worked very hard, particularly on my ITBs and hamstrings that were super tight. Was very relaxing even though there was a lot of pressure applied. The next day i still had a few aches and muscles soreness but I felt wonderfully restored. The day after I was event better!
