I booked a 1h deep tissue massage. My back was in agony, therefore I wanted her to stick to my back, neck and shoulders only. I asked at the beginning of the massage not to worry about my legs or arms. It was like talking to a brick wall as my arms and legs were massaged which I really didn't enjoy. I also had to ask on several occasions to massage slightly softer as the pressure was super hard. My lower back wasn't massaged at all.
