Wonderful mid week treat! I just moved quite close to Om Health and Beauty and my back and shoulders were feeling incredibly tight so I decided to book an intensive deep tissue massage. Initially I was worried because when I arrived I had to sit outside (in November!) but once I was inside the venue the staff were really friendly and helpful and the massage was fantastic- really thorough and firm pressure throughout. My back, neck and shoulders felt amazing after! Would definitely recommend

I loved this massage. When I had a massage in the past and in other places, it was mostly painful and I could not feel a proper effect on my joints. This time I was with Tata and she was incredible, very thorough and nice. We definitely managed to work on my neck and back. Will definitely come back!
