therapist asked if I wanted ‘strong, medium, soft or relaxing’. I said ‘relaxing’ but the pressure was too hard and painful. The head massage at the end was very rough and fast. She also scrubbed my skin with a rough towel at the start. Not relaxing!

Overall it was an excellent massage, just wish she would’ve focused on my back and shoulders a little more but I suppose if I asked she would’ve listened. Super friendly staff and lovely relaxing ambience. Will definitely go again
