I came in feeling very uncomfortable thanks to a stiff back from carrying a toddler. The therapist got every knot and worked very hard to loosen my muscles, it was painful as I asked for firm pressure and had a lot of tightness but so effective. It was a fantastic massage and exactly what I needed.
