I had a very robust yet relaxing massage. The therapist was very kind, professional, and she worked on all the stiff spots as well as identifying (and working on) spots I hadn't realised were stiff! It wasn't quite what I expected, but I think that's due more to my own rather limited understanding if the differences between types of massages. It was a very good experience and while I was a bit sore immediately after (as expected), a day after I was feeling much better than before the massage!
