She is by far one of the best eyelashes technicians I know, always takes great care to do the lashes properly, not rushing, so they come out perfectly. She is also very friendly and professional. Olivia is very welcoming, patient and caring. I was nervous but she used numbing cream and put my mind at ease. Tried the lemon bottle which was not painful like I imagined.
