This was my 3rd time here, and 2nd time with David. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for my hair at any point soon. He understood what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. Love my fringe that he has cut perfectly, as well as the highlights.. Light enough but not orange!! Brilliant service :)

Overall not a bad saloon, but it could have been better. Staff is really nice and patient, no annoying questions. But, the higher price the higher you usually set your expectations. This is not the case with this spot. However, it is probably worth to tru haircut here.

I visited Oliver Stephens Soho for a trim. I had my hair cut by Keisha, who did exactly what I asked for and gave me a lovely fresh cut. She was also very friendly and welcoming and didn't make me wait around at all.
Sadly I find that in most salons these days stylists can be very pushy with products and what they think you should do with your hair, when you really want a straightforward trim and to feel good when you leave the salon! My visit to Oliver Stephens wasn't like this at all, I got exactly what I wanted and it was an enjoyable experience overall. Recommended.

Really disappointed with the quality of highlights I received - the two colours used were very different to what I had in my hair already (one an almost white bleach blonde, the other a very dark almost brown shade), meaning the overall effect looked incredibly unnatural. The stylist told me that it may take some time for me to get used to my new look, as what I'd had previously was more block colour (although I'd say they were just more subtle highlights, i don't think it's necessary to use a very dark lowlight shade to achieve a natural look). To me this seemed an odd thing to say, as I expect to walk out loving my hair after a colour treatment! I tried to 'get used to it' but just couldn't get over how fake the colour looked, which made me look completely washed out. I called the salon to explain how I felt and was offered free correction if I wanted it, but I wasn't willing to risk going back to the same salon again after the first time had gone so badly. I therefore paid a further £65 at a different salon to get t section highlights to even up between the two extreme shades that were used. This has improved things, but I think it will be a while before I'm really happy with my colour again. Overall a really disappointing experience!
