Disappointed. The salon was quite shabby and it wasn't a welcoming atmosphere. There was no head massage during the hair washing. No magazines were offered to read during the cut. The hairdresser was friendly but it was a tense atmosphere and she needed a lot of guidance. I had a basic cut with no layers. The back was fine, however my fringe is uneven and I now having to go back to my old hairdresser to pay to get it fixed.
