they were really kind to give me a short notice evening appointment, the haircut took a long time but tbh does not impress me massively, an older stylist next to me was incredibly loud and chatty with their clients who aired more opinions than one wants to hear in their time off. the chair was weirldy uncomfortable and lacking lower back support. overall polite, professional, clean, alright, good value for money
