Unfortunately this experience did not live up to my expectations. The consultation was poor, I wasn't shown the colours that would be put on my hair and could see little overall difference when it was done either. The girl that put the colour on was very friendly however promptly left when the foils were in and a different girl came to take them out. The second girl didn't speak to me, was quite rough whilst shampooing and didn't wash the conditioner out properly, leaving me with roots that looked and felt very greasy. I didn't feel like either girl really cared about how my hair turned out, they were both just watching the clock to go home. I am so disappointed as I look forward to having my hair done as a special treat but I couldn't wait to leave and go and wash and style my hair myself. The end result was disappointing, it doesn't even look like I had my hair done at all. I would not go back here.
