Everything was great. The haircut was good but not quite spot on. Slightly short on the sides and the top are left a bit longer. But great shape and finish. Almost perfect!

The hairdresser was very pushy and didn't take into account what I was asking for. In the end I felt bullied into agreeing with her (which is my problem, I should have walked out). I'm not happy with my new style and won't be back.

I had my haircut done by Stefania and apart from her being a lovely person she suggested extra layering to my mid-length hair which she did gradually checking with me and at the end the result was great! Amazing service - will be back!
