My experience at Gusto was very good, mainly due to Joseph who did my treatment. I chose him on the basis of other reviews and I’m so glad I did! He explained the process from the beginning so I knew what to expect and he was polite and courteous throughout, always checking to see if I was OK and reassuring me even though I didn’t show any signs of concern.
The process is long but it’s to be expected so for me it was an opportunity to relax and day dream while Joseph worked on my hair. He was meticulous in straightening my hair and the results are amazing.
The hardest part for me was not washing my hair for 48 hours but once I did, it felt so good not having a frizzy flyaway kink that had been troubling me for years! I just wish I had done it sooner! I’ll be back to see Joseph in the future as I feel when it comes to hair and this treatment, he knows what he’s doing!

Great haircut, had a deep condition and cut, and went with exactly what I asked for at the beginning. Had Emile who was great and knowledgeable and made sure I was happy in how it was looking. I would say great value for money, especially in central London.
