I booked the brazilian blow dry treatment and a haircut with Gusto. The hairdresser clearly did not demonstrate expertise in this field which made me feel very uncomfortable. He continuously needed input from other staff and also wanted to cut my hair after the treatment (when your hair is dry and sticky because of the treatment), which I refused. I was very disappinted by the lack of information provided- the hairdresser could not even name different brands of shampoo that can be used after the treatment or where these can be bought or what other options there are in terms of keratin treatments. Furthermore, the location was very dirty. At least the hairdresser was nice and they gave me a refund for the haircut. But nevertheless I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not go back.
I booked an hour long haircut appointment and it was done within 30 minutes. I didn’t feel as if I got my money’s worth unfortunately. The entire treatment was incredibly rushed.
Not a lot of attention to details, the place is very dirty and she cut my hair a lot shorter than I wanted with very little care. I did not feel welcome or comfortable.
