It's a small shop in an old building, so you're limited in what you can do to jazz the space up. Nevertheless, it's clean, tidy and warm with welcoming staff.
Sara cut my hair; it looked brilliant when she finished, and two days in I'm pleased to say it washes up and styles better than it has in a year.

My haircut with Sara was great, she worked with my hair type and I'm really happy with the results.
The salon wasn't so great - it's very cramped and no-one appears to have cleaned in the corners or dusted the light fittings or on top of the cupboard in a long time. Also, another stylist sat in a chair behind me and was picking at her skin and playing on her phone whilst waiting for her next client, which wasn't very professional (and really quite gross). I'd like to get a cut by Sara again but the salon might put me off.
